This home made for a quick 60 day renovation. We completely renovated the kitchen, both bathrooms; Replaced the roof, front gable siding, screen on the porch, outlets, switches, and light fixtures. Painted the interior and exterior and made this cute little bungalow a lovely home for a new family.
